COURSE DESCRIPTION/OBJECTIVE:

This 2-day certification course will teach the necessary techniques to become a skilled certified Eyelash Extension Specialist.  This course provides a balance of theory, live demonstration, and hands-on practice under direct instructor supervision.

DAY ONE - THEORY & DEMONSTRATION

  • Understand the purpose and application of eyelash extension services.

  • Demonstrate competency in eyelash extension application procedures. (Health, safety, and sanitation)

  • Contraindications

  • Client consultation and consent forms

  • Aftercare and maintenance

DAY TWO - HANDS ON PRACTICE

Students will:

  • Perform supervised eyelash extension services on live TWO (2) models or peers.

  • Students must bring 2 patients/ on peers with varying eye shapes, natural lash conditions, and styling needs.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Apply appropriate product selection, sanitation procedures, and service protocols for eyelash extensions.

  2. Recognize indications, contraindications, and safety considerations related to eyelash extension application.

  3. Demonstrate knowledge of client consultation, including natural lash assessment, lash styling selection, and service planning.

  4. Compare eyelash extensions with other lash enhancement services and determine when each service is appropriate.

  5. Observe and analyze a complete  eyelash extension service performed by an instructor.

  6. Safely and effectively perform eyelash extension services on at least 2 live models or on peers with varying eye shapes, natural lash conditions, and styling needs, under direct instructor supervision.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Each class is limited to 5 students. Please arrive 15 minutes early; late arrivals cannot participate. Full payment is due at registration. Cancellations made seven days in advance receive a full refund, while those made later are subject to a 50% fee. No refunds are given for no-shows. CEU certificates are issued only after both days of class and all client/model requirements are completed, and can be picked up on the final day. Attendance on both days is required. Exceptions are at the discretion of management.
