COURSE DESCRIPTION/OBJECTIVES: 

Vajacial is a treatment for clients with ingrown hairs, dryness, dead skin buildup, breakouts, and hyperpigmentation in the bikini area.  This one-day course blends focused theory with live, hands-on training under the direct supervision of a licensed esthetics instructor. 

THEORY

Students will:

  • Learn the purpose, benefits, and proper techniques of vajacial treatments.

  • Understand how to address concerns such as ingrown hairs, dry skin, buildup, breakouts, and uneven skin tone in the bikini area.

  • Practice performing a full vajacial treatment on live models or peers under instructor supervision.

  • Receive a Certificate of Completion for 5 CEUs (valid for IDFPR renewal).

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Understand the purpose, benefits, and professional application of vajacial treatments.

  2. Apply proper sanitation, infection control, setup, and client protection procedures.

  3. Recognize indications, contraindications, and precautions for Vajcial services.

  4. Demonstrate knowledge of client consultation, preparation, positioning, draping, and aftercare instructions for clients.

  5. Select appropriate products and treatment protocols based on skin condition and client concerns.

  6. Observe and analyze a complete Vajacial service performed by an instructor.

  7. Safely and effectively perform Vajacial services under instructor supervision on at least 2 live models or with peers using proper technique, timing, and client communication.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Each class is limited to 5 students. Please arrive 15 minutes early; late arrivals cannot participate. Full payment is due at registration. Cancellations made seven days in advance receive a full refund, while those made later are subject to a 50% fee. No refunds are given for no-shows. CEU certificates are issued only after the class and all client/model requirements are completed and can be picked up at the end of the training day. Attendance for the full day is required. Exceptions are at the discretion of management.
